10 ways to live with more fulfillment!!

1. Do random things – Expose yourself to different random situations. Get out of your routine and usual activities.

2. Have fun – Enjoy the act of just having fun! Let go of the

3. Think outside the box – Sometimes you just need try to look at things from a different angle to change your perspective. Try looking at the world with a fresh perspective, as if you’re seeing it for the first time or from another persons perspective.

4. Space and time - Allow 15-20 minute each day to just "zone out". Daydream, stare at nothing and let your mind just float. Remember to put all devices away.

5. Make Mistakes - Don't be afraid to mess up and make mistakes. Lose your fear of being wrong. We need to give ourselves permission to make mistakes and messes. 

6. Explore – Go outside and surround yourself with things that inspires you.

7. Surround yourself with people that are different from you – Invite people into your life that don´t look like you, don´t think like you, don´t dress like you, don't act like you. You will learn from them, discover new things, create new perspectives and that will make you grow as well as the other person.

8. Be curious – Curiosity is one of the most important value to the creative process.

9. Give back - Remember to give time and energy to others without expecting anything in return. Let go of the results or any praise back. Time is much more valuable than money.

10. Forgive others and forgive yourself - We all make mistakes, hurt the ones we love and meander off the road of kindness some days. The faster we forgive others and more importantly ourselves, the more time and energy we have for love.
