We are open for studio and online classes!!

Our awesome team of teachers has spent lots of time formulating guidelines and best practices that prioritize the health and safety of students and staff. All our procedures adhere to Governor Herbert’s Utah Leads Together 2.0 stabilization plan and are meant to keep us all safe so that we can practice together well into the future. We are limiting class sizes to 25 students for now and asking you to bring your own mat and props. We will provide hand sanitizer for each student and ask that you only come to class if you are 100% well. We define being well as both being symptom free but also that you have been practicing social distancing in your daily lives. Please know that if you prefer to stay home you can continue to use our virtual classes through Zoom.

We will be offering M/W/F 9AM, M/W 7PM, Thurs noon, 9AM Sat, and 8AM and 10AM Sun classes live through Zoom.

 

All other classes on the schedule will be offered in studio only. 

 

In service to maintaining a safe environment, please note the following changes that will impact all students: 

  • Try to pre register for classes held at the studio—limit of 25 spaces per class.

  • Clean bill of health (on your honor and including your own adherence to daily social distancing)

  • Freshly washed hands upon entering the studi

  • Bring your own mat and props. (no studio mats or props will be available) 

*If you would like to buy your own LIFORME mat, cork block, bolster or yoga blanket, we would be happy to get them to you. Please email us your yoga needs ASAP so you can have your yoga goodies on the first day we open.  

 

Be sure to visit our class schedule to see class times. There are schedule changes, so check closely. We will be adding more classes as things progress. 

 

New Booking Procedures & Memberships

 

We highly advise to BOOK IN ADVANCE THROUGH OUR MINDBODY APP 

If you would like to attend class at the studio, book class at ahead of time. All purchases and bookings must be done through our website or the MINDBODY APP.

ONLINE CLIENTS ONLY

One class a day will remain available on Zoom (see days and times above). If you would like to take online classes only, continue to purchase the Kula Pass and continue to register the way you have been. Links will be sent as per usual. Please also note that if you would like to take an online class and cannot meet at the scheduled time, you can still take the class. Just register for the class, and you will be sent a recording of that class later in the day. In others words, all students will have access to one class a day, even if they cannot make it to the studio or choose not to or the studio class is full. Just be sure to register. Autopass holders, unlimited memberships, and punch pass holders can access either in studio or online classes. Kula pass holders are only able to participate online.

VINYASA I

Explore the natural tendencies of your own body in this flow-based class where movement and alignment are the center focus. Most movements are traditional asanas strung together in a creative way, but individual modifications and alternative postures are always encouraged. This is a great class for any level of practitioner. You will leave feeling refreshed and energized for the day!

VINYASA II

Highly focused on breath and flowing asanas together with mindful attention. Plan on a little core work and a creative flow intended to build muscle, warm hips and shoulders, and prepare the body to enter a challenging transition, deep bind, arm balance. Alignment and breathing are always key! These classes are always creative, fun, challenging in the best way! Prepare to sweat!

STRENGTH I

Basics class introduces the fundamentals of yoga, principles of alignment and breath work in postures and flow between them. This class is designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga or those who seek continued understanding and a chance to pay more attention to detail of basic yoga poses. New poses and flows will be introduced as we progress each week together.

STRENGTH II

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition and enjoy new asana in your yoga practice. Sequences are intelligently  strung together to strengthen and open targeted areas of the body, building toward more dynamic postures such as arm balances and inversions while providing modifications to support and enhance each student's individual journey. You will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and balanced life, while aremaining mindful in every act you perform.

RESTORATIVE

Undo the stresses of daily life and restore your mind and body to their natural uncluttered perfect state. This slower moving class will help you build foundational and functional movement while amplifying awareness in your body. Class winds down with deeper asana holds and meditation. Attention to breath, mindfulness are key elements incorporated in each class.

All levels welcome.

A bit it yoga experience is nice. 

STRENGTH I

This basic/beginners class introduces the fundamentals of yoga, principles of alignment and breath work in postures and the flow between them. Designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga or those who seek continued understanding to asana. Opening your world to pay more attention to details of basic yoga asana. New poses and flows will be introduced as we progress each week together.

STRENGTH II

Practice and build a strong support for your body's framework from which you can have fun with new transitions and enjoy elevated asanas in your yoga practice. Sequences are intelligently strung together to strengthen and open targeted areas of the body, building toward more dynamic postures such as arm balances and inversions while providing modifications to support and enhance each student's individual journey. You will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and balanced life, while remaining mindful in every movement you perform.

BARRÉ

A high-energy, fun and challenging class that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing a ballet barre, this class incorporates isometric movements, Pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training. All levels welcome – as long as you’re ready to have some fun and shake it!

PILATES

The Pilates method is a unique system of strengthening, stretching, and alignment exercises. With consistant attendance you will improve your posture, alleviate back pain, increase overall strength in the “powerhouse” (abdominals, lower back, buttocks, and hips), tone muscles, increase flexibility, and connect the mind and body.

This class is designed for all fitness levels.

FLEXIBILITY

This class offers you a space to create balance between deeper flexibility and relaxation. Foundational poses are explored to create openness through breath and movement synchronicities. Flow through a creative and relaxing asana for an all over body stretch. You will be feeling  flexible, centered and your  best!
